Payment Options

We are an out-of-network provider and charge private pay rates. A superbill (medical receipt) is provided monthly that includes documentation information that can be filed independently with your insurance company. We accept Health Savings Account (H.S.A.) cards as a form of payment in addition to all major credit cards.
